GL Module with Ground Lift swicth Per Input
The standard input panels feature a Ground Lift switch for each channel and an AD LINK board to allow each channel to be set parallel to three flat cable connectors.
The input modules are available in two versions: the AD 8 IN which has eight female XLR connectors and two 26 pin flat cable connectors (to allow the Ground Lift switch to operate on a Front
Of House or on a Monitor Mixer), while the AD 8 IN 8 J module has eight Combo connectors allowing the input of XLR (balanced signals) or of a Jack plug (unbalanced signals).
The unbalanced signals are balanced by a transformer.
